As all of our jewellery is handcrafted and made to order, please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Production Time

All Aquajools jewellery is made to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Production Time:
2–5 business days

Production begins once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

Please note that production time does not include shipping transit time.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, production times may be slightly longer.

We ship orders using trusted international courier services:

  • FedEx Express

The carrier used for your order may vary depending on destination, shipping method selected, and operational requirements.

United States

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 1–4 business days via DHL Express or FedEx Express

United Kingdom

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 1–3 business days via DHL Express or FedEx Express

Europe

  • Production: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 1–5 business days via DHL Express or FedEx Express

Rest of World

  • Production: 2–5 business days

Duties and Taxes

United States Orders

All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

This means:

  • Import duties are paid by Aquajools.
  • Customs charges are paid by Aquajools.
  • No additional import fees should be payable upon delivery.

United Kingdom Orders

Orders delivered within the United Kingdom include applicable taxes as required by law.

International Orders

For countries outside the United States and United Kingdom, local customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided directly by DHL or FedEx.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Aquajools is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses supplied by the customer.

Aquajools cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
