Aquajools is a trading name of Mimami Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 10798509, with its registered office at 201b.3 Cardinal Point, Park Road, Rickmansworth, England, WD3 1RE. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Products and personalisation

We sell fine jewellery, including 14K solid-gold jewellery and personalised designs. Product descriptions identify the relevant materials, dimensions, gemstones, options and personalisation features. Minor differences in appearance caused by screen settings, lighting and handmade finishing may occur, but items supplied must match their descriptions and meet applicable legal standards.

You are responsible for checking your selected size, metal colour, names, initials, spelling, dates and engraving or custom instructions before completing checkout. If an instruction is unclear, we may contact you before production.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to product availability, accurate checkout information and payment authorisation. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. If we cannot fulfil an order or discover a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you promptly and arrange an appropriate cancellation and refund where applicable. We will not make an unagreed substitution.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. The final order total, including applicable amounts collected at checkout, will be shown before you place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are authorised and accurate.

Delivery, customs and risk

Our jewellery is manufactured and dispatched from Greece. We currently provide free Express shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and Singapore, subject to checkout availability and delivery-service restrictions. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery arrangements and import-charge information.

For qualifying orders delivered to the United States, Mimami Ltd intends to bear import duties and taxes under our DDP shipping arrangement. For other destinations, import duties, VAT/GST and clearance charges may be payable by the recipient unless we expressly collect them at checkout or state otherwise. These customs arrangements are subject to applicable law.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, except where the law provides otherwise. Please contact us if a parcel is lost, damaged or materially delayed.

Cancellation, returns and faults

The usual change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as engraved jewellery. Eligible standard, non-personalised products may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Personalised items remain fully covered by statutory rights concerning faults, damage and items not as described.

Website use and intellectual property

Website text, original product photography, designs, logos and other content are owned by Mimami Ltd or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated. You may browse and use our website for personal shopping, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without authorisation or another lawful basis.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its security or operation. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their content and practices are outside our control.

Responsibility and applicable law

We are responsible for losses where liability cannot legally be limited, including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, and breaches of your mandatory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms removes remedies available for goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.
