Information we collect

Our commerce and payment service providers process payment-related information; we do not need to store your full card number to fulfil an order. How and why we use information

To fulfil our contract with you: process payments, make personalised jewellery, manage orders, arrange delivery, provide order updates and handle returns or customer enquiries.

You must supply the contact, delivery and order details needed to complete a purchase. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to fulfil your order. You do not have to subscribe to marketing to purchase from us.

We share only information reasonably necessary with providers involved in running the store, including Shopify, payment processors, IT and website service providers, our jewellery manufacturing and fulfilment partners in Greece, delivery companies such as DHL, and professional advisers or authorities where needed. As a UK business using an international ecommerce platform and a Greek fulfilment partner, information may be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the European Economic Area and other countries where service providers operate.
