Personalization
After ordering, provide a clear, high-contrast image of the handwriting or signature. We will reproduce it as faithfully as the selected size allows.
Handcrafted to order
Each piece is made in our Athens workshop. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before dispatch.
Delivery and packaging
Your jewelry is presented in Aquajools packaging and sent with DHL or FedEx. U.S. orders are shipped DDP, with duties and import taxes prepaid.
Care
Put your jewelry on last and take it off first. Remove it before swimming, bathing, exercise or applying perfume and lotions.
Clean gently with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft cloth, then dry thoroughly. Store each piece separately in its pouch so chains don’t tangle or scratch.
